Everyone is creative; it’s just a matter of taking chances and trying new things to discover the artistic medium that fits you. It can be a project that you work on now and agin, or something quick and easy.
This past weekend I went to the local farmers market and bought two bunches of flowers for $6. I combined the bunches, separated them into two colorful vases and the results? Puts a smile on my face every time I walk into my living room and bedroom — simple, inexpensive creativity.
We often encourage you to write in a journal, and it’s a perfect place to keep track of things you see that spark your interest. You may see something on TV, read an article, overhear someone talking about at the grocery store. Jot ideas down until something ignites you to create, or visit a local craft store for ideas and inspiration.
Put a smile on your heart; try something new. You’ll be happy you did!
Hugs,
Cyndi
