Here’s my challenge to you: make 50% or more of your plate at each meal consist of veggies! Sure, you can always chop them up and use them for dippers in hummus or guacamole, but can you go further?
Get curious and tune in: how is your body talking to you? Change a few things around and listen: what does your body have to say?
And in a world where every cookbook, documentary, article, and bit of advice about food is totally contradictory, it’s easier to bury your face in a bag of Oreo’s than have to put more effort into what to eat.
