A good walk can do wonders for your mental well-being. Connecting with other caregivers can give you a breath of air. Doing both together is a life-changing opportunity and one of the best gifts you can give to yourself.
Join host Tracey Durrett from Curves of Los Altos for a small group walk at Shoreline Park. Group meets in front of the boathouse and begins walking at 8:30 AM.
A great way to start your weekend – fresh air and connections with other caregivers who understand what you are going through. You deserve this!
